From request to pick-up in five sweet steps
Step 1: Tell us about your event
Share your date, theme, treat types, and how many guests you’re celebrating with.Step 2: We review your request
We check our calendar and design a custom quote based on your details.Step 3: Receive your custom quote
You'll get a personalized quote with pricing and a deposit amount to reserve your date.Step 4: Pay your 50% deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your spot on our baking calendar. The balance is due on pick-up day. Submitting a request does not reserve the date.Step 5: Pick up your treats
We hand-make everything fresh, and you pick up (or arrange delivery) ready for the big day.

A few things people ask before sending a request.
Please request at least 14 days before your event. Larger orders and weddings are best requested earlier, and last-minute requests are considered based on availability.
Yes. A 50% deposit is requested when your order is confirmed, and the remaining balance is due on pick-up day.
Yes, please do. You can attach inspiration photos directly in the custom order request form.
We do not copy another baker's or artist's work exactly. We are happy to use your photos as inspiration and create our own version in the Whiskers & Whisk style.
Reach out as early as possible. Changes are accommodated when our schedule allows, and requests made within 10 days of pickup may not be possible.
Tell us about any allergies in your request and we will let you know what we can do. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or environment.
